1. Royalty-free commercial use
Ksumiyo-generated tracks are intended to be royalty-free for personal and commercial projects worldwide, subject to these rules and applicable local laws. You may use generated tracks in videos, podcasts, games, films, streams, social posts, ads, client projects, and similar creative work. Royalty-free does not mean risk-free: you remain responsible for reviewing outputs and making sure your prompt, lyrics, uploads, and final use do not infringe third-party rights.
2. What you may do
- Download and use generated tracks in your own projects.
- Edit, loop, remix, master, or combine tracks with other lawful material.
- Use tracks in monetized content, client work, and commercial media.
- Keep a copy of the Track DNA, prompt ID, prompt, and generation date for future creative and rights records.
- Disclose AI involvement when a platform, client, broadcaster, label, distributor, or law requires it.
3. What you may not do
- Do not claim that Ksumiyo outputs are exclusively yours in a way that blocks other users from using similar outputs.
- Do not register raw Ksumiyo outputs with Content ID, fingerprinting, stock libraries, or rights-management systems as exclusive music unless Ksumiyo gives written permission.
- Do not use prompts that intentionally copy living artists, protected songs, distinctive voices, lyrics, or recordings without rights.
- Do not ask for music that sounds exactly like a named artist, band, producer, singer, song, recording, soundtrack, or protected performance.
- Do not paste copyrighted lyrics, request copyrighted lyric continuation, or use lyrics you do not have permission to use.
- Do not adapt culturally sensitive, sacred, traditional, or community-specific musical material in a disrespectful, misleading, or exploitative way.
- Do not generate music for scams, hate, harassment, political deception, impersonation, or illegal activity.
- Do not resell unmodified outputs as a standalone music pack, sample library, or dataset.
4. Attribution
Attribution is appreciated but not required unless a specific campaign, plan, or written agreement says otherwise. Suggested credit: "Music made with Ksumiyo."
5. Platform claims
Ksumiyo cannot control how third-party platforms detect or handle audio. If a platform issues a claim, you are responsible for responding under that platform's process. Keep your prompt ID, prompt, Track DNA, and generation date as supporting context. For major campaigns, paid client work, sync placements, label releases, or rights-managed distribution, review the track before publication and consider professional legal or licensing advice.
6. AI transparency
Where a platform, client, broadcaster, or law requires disclosure of AI-generated or AI-assisted media in your country or market, you must make the required disclosure.
7. Model limits and similarity
Ksumiyo uses AI music generation technology and may use open-source model infrastructure such as ACE-Step 1.5. Even when a prompt is original, AI outputs may accidentally resemble existing music, styles, or other AI outputs. You should verify originality before sensitive, high-value, or commercial uses.
8. Abuse response
Ksumiyo may limit, block, remove, or investigate usage that appears to violate these rules or create legal, security, or platform risk.
